General conditions for participating in contests / giveaways

How do you participate in the contest?

The contests / giveaways are organised by Ujoose Reviews (hereinafter: "Ujoose Reviews"). To participate in the contests / giveaways and compete for the prize in the selected category, participants must complete one of the contest forms and answer the questions. The winner (s) will be selected in a completely arbitrary manner by a computer software within 2 calendar months after the closing date, whereby all participants have an equal chance of winning the prize in the selected category.

Participation in the contests / giveaways is in no way dependent on the purchase of goods, the use of paid services, and / or payment of connection fees and / or user costs of Ujoose Reviews, the sponsors of the contests / giveaways and / or other companies involved in the raffle. Completing a survey or participating in offers shown does not affect the chance of winning in any way.

Article 1. General conditions

1.1. This current web page that you are on, as well as the prize contest, is owned and operated by Ujoose Reviews Limited, with the registered address: 2 Hayden House, Baker Street, High Wycombe, England, HP11 2RW, and is registered in England with company number 14245950. These general terms and conditions apply to all contests and giveaways of Ujoose Reviews.

1.2. By participating in the relevant contest / giveaway, the participant agrees to these general terms and conditions.

Article 2.Participation requirements

2.1. Participants must be aged 18 or over. Participation is excluded for persons not living in the United Kingdom or without residence in the United Kingdom. Ujoose Reviews may request a winner to provide proof of his / her identity before awarding the prize.

2.2. Participation is free of charge and without obligation.

2.3. Participation is not permitted by Ujoose Reviews "s management, employees, directors, hired workers and suppliers.

2.4. Ujoose Reviews is entitled to disqualify and / or exclude participants if it is of the opinion that the participants do not act in accordance with the general conditions of contests / giveaways, or if the Participants otherwise fraudulently gain access to the contests / giveaways, or unfairly influence the course of the contests / giveaways.

2.5. A valid entry must answer the questions and meet the requirements stated in these terms and conditions. Submitting incorrect data or data from others will invalidate your submission.

2.6. Ujoose Reviews reserves the right to refuse responses that are offensive, or otherwise do not meet the requirements of these terms and conditions.

2.7. Entries for the contests / giveaways will be accepted from the start of the contests / giveaways until the closing day of the contests / giveaways, as indicated in the footer. No entries will be accepted before or after this period. Ujoose Reviews reserves the right at all times to change, adjust or amend the closing date of the contests / giveaways without prior notice, for its own reasons, without Ujoose Reviews being held liable in any way for compensation for damage to the participant.

Article 3. Determining the winner

3.1. The winner will be selected in a completely random manner by a computer software within 2 calendar months after the closing date, with all participants having the same chance of winning in the selected category. One winner is drawn per category, as well as ten reserve winners, in case the winner does not meet the conditions or does not claim his prize within the time limit.

3.2. The winner will be notified by post, telephone or e-mail about winning the prize via the postal address, telephone number or e-mail address provided by the participant.

3.3. Prizes must be claimed within 14 calendar days of notification to the winner.

3.4. Prize claims are not transferable. The winner is responsible for the payment of any taxes that may apply, unless prohibited by law.

3.5. In the event of an unsuccessful notification to the winner, the right to claim the prize will lapse. A winner"s notification to someone who has won a prize will be considered invalid if: a) the letter confirming that the person winning, sent by post, is found to be unsendable or if the winner does not respond within 14 days after delivery by contacting the organizer by phone, email or post; and b) the winner does not answer the phone after two attempts from Ujoose Reviews to inform him or her that he or she has won the prize; and c) an email stating the person he / she has won appears to be undeliverable or the winner does not respond within 14 days of delivery by contacting the organizer via phone, email or post . As soon as the claim for a prize expires, the next reserve winner becomes the winner. The terms and conditions apply to this new winner.

3.6. If a Participant has questions about participation, result or award of the prize, please contact Ujoose Reviews.

Article 4. The prize

4.1. The prize is personal and is in the name of the winner. The prize is not transferable and in order to claim the prize, the winner may be asked to provide proof of his / her identity.

4.2. There is one prize per category listed below. Each category has several prizes, that can be chosen by the winner in the given category.

4.3. The prizes are as shown on the web page of the relevant contest / giveaway, where the participant has entered his details. The stated value of the relevant prize refers to the retail value on the effective date of the contests / giveaways and may change during the term of the contests / giveaways. The image of the prize represents the product and possibly the type of that specific product, but the actual prize may vary slightly from the image.

4.4. If the prize is expressed in a voucher, it is possible that this prize consists of several vouchers, the total value of which is equal to the sum of the value indicated on the web page.

4.5. All prizes are subject to availability, if a prize is not available, a similar prize or a voucher within the same category will be provided at our discretion.

4.6. The prize has a maximum value determined in each category, unless explicitly deviated from, by depicting a product with a higher value.

Article 5. Intellectual property

5.1. The display or mention of brands other than Ujoose Reviews in the contests / giveaways does not mean that these brands participate, sponsor, endorse, or are otherwise related to the contests/ giveaways and / or giving away the prizes. All illustrative materials used in the campaigns are for illustrative and descriptive purposes only.

5.2. In the event that you win, we may ask you for permission to publish your data. This is optional and you can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting Ujoose Reviews.

Article 6. Amendments

6.1. Ujoose Reviews is entitled to change or amend these general terms and conditions at any time at its own discretion and without prior notice during the term of the contests / giveaways, or to discontinue, change or adjust the contest / giveaways without giving any reason, for reasons of its own, without Ujoose Reviews being obliged in any way to compensate damage to the participant.

Article 7. Liability

7.1. Ujoose Reviews is in no way liable for any damage resulting from participation in the contest, nor for any technical faults, defects or delays related to participation in the contest or the designation of the winner.

7.2. If an act, negligence, event or circumstance takes place over which Ujoose Reviews has no reasonable control and which results in Ujoose Reviews being unable to comply with these general terms and conditions or paying the prize, Ujoose Reviews is not liable for failure to comply with or delays in the performance of its obligations.

This permission, and any subsequent withdrawal of the permission, does not affect your chances of winning or participating.

9.3. If you withdraw or restrict the permission for Ujoose Reviews to use your personal data for administrative purposes, including the execution of the contest / giveaways and associated draw, you withdraw your participation in the contests / giveaways. You can no longer win and your participation has been withdrawn.
